Unfortunately, we do not allow parcel retrieval from our ACI Logistix locations. These facilities function as high-efficiency sorting and distribution centers, where parcels are rapidly processed and dispatched for final mile delivery to their respective destinations. As a result, we are unable to accommodate direct parcel collections at our locations.
